Mmmm... Love, choice, understanding and presence.

Things to make you go Mmmm…

"To encourage creativity by sharing more inspiration than any electronic artist.”

Three thoughts for your creativity and one on mine.

3 for you:

The bright side of grief.

"As long as there is love, there will be grief. The grief of time passing, of life moving on half-finished, of empty spaces that were once bursting with the laughter and energy of people we loved.

As long as there is love there will be grief because grief is love's natural continuation. It shows up in the aisles of stores we once frequented, in the half-finished bottle of wine we pour out, in the whiff of cologne we get two years after they've been gone.

Grief is a giant neon sign, protruding through everything, pointing everywhere, broadcasting loudly, "Love was here." In the finer print, quietly, "Love still is." - Heidi Priebe

Choose life.

“Your life is not something that someone gives you, but something you choose yourself, and you are the one who decides how you live.” - Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga

Open your mindset.

"Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less." - Marie Curie

1 from me

Be Present.

“Creativity flows best when you’re fully present. When you let go of distractions and tune into the moment, ideas come more naturally, and your expression feels more authentic.

Whether it’s focusing on the sound of a note, the texture of a brushstroke, or the rhythm of your words - ground yourself in the experience. Mindfulness isn’t about forcing creativity; it’s about creating the space for it to emerge.

Slow down, pay attention, and let the present moment guide your art.”

1 more thing

Work in Progress: New Epic Minimal Tracks.

I’m deep in the process of finishing two new tracks - long, hypnotic workouts that sound like the cries of a twisted tryst between Ricardo Villalobos and Radioslave at a Noughties afters. These will bring the total to 8 out of the 10 pieces I’m working on, all developed from my weekly live jams (which you can watch in full on my YouTube and socials).

These tracks are really coming into their own, and I’m excited to share them with you. Whether they land as standalone releases or as part of a bigger body of work, they’re shaping up to be some of my most immersive and expansive productions yet.

Would love to hear your thoughts as this unfolds.

Until next week
