Five qualities required to flourish according to author Michael Easter:
Altruism: Unselfish concern for the welfare of others.
Humor: Making light of stressful and difficult situations.
Sublimation: Using anger and frustration for good (e.g., creating)
Anticipation: Being realistic about the future and its challenges.
Suppression: Controlling unproductive and distressing thoughts.
How many do you posess?

This week I join my brother of beats Chemz back behind the decks for more B2B fun at Block for The Social Shift on Friday 18th August.
We haven’t done one for a while but we had so much fun there on Sunday 6th August for Brighton Pride we just had to get everyone out again for a boogie.
